We recommend a vehicle based on your group size and luggage. For 2-3 passengers, a 5-seat sedan or 5-seat SUV is usually a good fit; for 4-5 passengers, we'll suggest a 7-seat MPV. This isn't fixed though — if you prefer more space, you're welcome to choose an MPV even for 2 passengers. We always respect your preference. We never use cheap economy cars — every vehicle in our fleet is brand new, premium, comfortable and spacious, strictly non-smoking, and stocked with complimentary bottled water and wet wipes.

Your driver will be waiting at the arrival hall exit holding a sign with your name. You'll receive the driver's contact information (including WhatsApp) before your arrival, so you can easily reach each other. We'll also send you a photo of your driver.

Don't worry! We monitor your flight in real-time. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, we automatically adjust the pickup time. You don't need to do anything - your driver will be there when you land.

We mainly accept PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay and bank transfer. If you don't have Alipay or WeChat Pay yet, our driver can help you set them up on arrival — they're the two most widely used apps in China for everything from taxis to shopping, so having them makes your trip much more convenient.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. During busy periods like Canton Fair, booking 2-3 days ahead is advisable. However, we do accept last-minute bookings subject to driver availability.

Guangzhou Baiyun Airport now operates two passenger terminals, T2 and T3. The old Terminal 1 (T1) closed for renovation on 7 May 2026, and all its airlines moved to the new T3 (opened October 2025). Both T2 and T3 handle international and domestic flights, so the terminal depends on your airline and flight — always check the terminal printed on your ticket. China Southern flights generally use T2. Just share your flight number when booking and we'll confirm the correct terminal and meet you at that arrival hall.

Guangzhou Baiyun Airport (CAN) is about 28 km north of downtown Guangzhou. A private transfer to the city center (Tianhe, Yuexiu or Zhujiang New Town) typically takes 40-55 minutes depending on traffic. Trips to nearby cities take longer — roughly 60-80 minutes to Foshan, 75-95 minutes to Dongguan, and around 100-130 minutes to Shenzhen.

Absolutely. We pick up at both T2 and T3. For T3 — the airport's newest terminal — your driver meets you at the arrival hall exit with a name sign, just as at T2. Since some travelers are still getting used to the new T3 layout, our English-speaking support stays online to guide you to the meeting point if needed.
